Should I be doing Intermittent Fasting?

What is appropriate for one person might be inappropriate for the next person. If you can fast until lunchtime without struggling with hunger, fasting might be an okay fit for you. If muscle building isn’t your #1 priority, fasting might be an okay fit for you. If you are very, very hungry by the time lunch comes around, that could lead to overeating and an impaired relationship with food in the long term–in this scenario, fasting might not be a good fit for you. If your #1 goal is building as much muscle as possible, fasting isn’t the best fit for you.
