Keto Beef Tacos in a lettuce shell

Ingredients:– 1 Pound 90/10 Beef– Taco Seasoning Packet– Tomatoes– Cheese– Whole Romaine Lettuce Leaves– Sour Cream(or substitute with plain non-fat Greek yogurt) Directions:– Brown your beef and drain grease. Season and cook with taco seasoning packet. – Throw down a lettuce leaf and top with beef, tomatoes, cheese(and avocado if you choose!)   

Cinnamon Apple Overnight Oats

Ingredients:– 1/2 cup Quaker Oats– 1/2 cup nonfat milk– 1/4 cup plain, nonfat yogurt– 1/2 cup apple, chopped– 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon– 1 teaspoon honey– 1 teaspoon chia seeds Directions: 1. Toss it all in a bowl. 2. Let it sit for 3-8 hours(while you sleep)3. Breakfast ready in the morning. Get to it!
