How do I drink alcohol and snack while losing weight? (pre-planned pre-portioned snacks)

If you struggle with evening/afternoon snacker or if you enjoy alcohol in the evenings, you can still lose weight while still consuming these foods.

Obviously, the “healthiest” thing to do would be to eliminate alcohol and all processed foods–but we are normal humans! Here is one thing you could try:

As with anything, we need to account for it in your day–so if you like a beer and popcorn in the evenings, you could consume 1 low-cal beer(100 cals) and 1 bag of skinny popcorn(100 cals) and just subtract that total from your day BEFORE the day has even started. This strategy is most successful when a person would be categorized as a “moderator” instead of an abstainer.
