How do I track my body composition?(photos, circumference, bodyfat)

Quick Points:

– Circumference measurements. Measure around your arms, chest, waist, hips and thighs.

– Get your body fat tested. DEXA scan and Hydrostatic weighing are the gold standard ways to test for body fat, but they are quite inconvenient and expensive. You can also use skin calipers or BIA(hand held machine) to test body fat in a much more affordable and convenient way.

*** Make sure the way that you measure BEFORE is the same way you measure AFTER(same time of day/circumstances/etc)
