Ingredients: 1 head of Romaine lettuce, chopped 2 cups diced cooked chicken 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes  1/2 cup diced red onion 4 ounces blue cheese, crumbled 1 avocado, peeled, pitted and diced 1/4 cup garden vinaigrette Directions:  Chop it up, toss it all in a bowl and toss some vinaigrette on it. Eat up!
